Garbage Rate Increase

Beginning April 1, 2024, The Village of Stronghurst will increase the garbage pickup rate from $18.54 to $21.95. The village has not increase garbage pickup fees in many years and has not collected enough to cover the garbage contract for several years. We are aware this is not an ideal situation, but with the rising cost of services in today's economy, it is necessary. Thank You!
